SMS Terms and Conditions — HomeBot Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your receipt of text messages from the HomeBot SMS program operated by xenappblog LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By receiving SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Program description

The HomeBot program sends SMS messages from xenappblog LLC to local home-service businesses (HVAC, landscaping, pest control, pressure washing, and similar trades) located primarily in Central Florida. SMS is used as a follow-up channel when prior email contact has not received a response within 48 hours. Recipients are businesses whose phone numbers are publicly listed on Google Business Profile or their own websites as primary contact methods. The program is operational, not promotional.

3. Message frequency

You may receive up to two (2) SMS messages per quote-request cycle — typically a single outreach message and, if needed, a single follow-up. Cadence varies based on whether you respond.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to any SMS sent or received in connection with this program. We do not charge you to receive messages, but your carrier may.

5. Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from the HomeBot SMS program. You will immediately be added to our deny list and will not receive further messages from this program.

Reply HELP at any time to receive contact information and help from the program operator.

Reply START to resume messages if you have previously opted out.

6. Supported carriers

The HomeBot SMS program operates over standard US 10DLC infrastructure and is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNO subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive messages from the HomeBot SMS program. By receiving messages from us, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are authorized to receive business communications at the phone number being contacted.

8. Privacy

Information collected through the HomeBot SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://xenappblog.com/privacy-policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at this URL. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
