This Privacy Policy describes how xenappblog LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the HomeBot SMS program operated through xenappblog.com and our communications with home-service vendors.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the HomeBot SMS program:

  • Vendor contact information — business name, business phone number, and business email address, gathered exclusively from publicly available sources such as Google Business Profile, the vendor’s own website, or publicly searchable business directories.
  • Message logs — the content, timestamp, and delivery status of SMS and email messages we send to and receive from vendors.
  • Quote details — pricing, scheduling, and service information that vendors voluntarily provide in response to our outreach.

We do not collect government-issued IDs, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data through the HomeBot SMS program.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above solely to:

  • Send a single outreach SMS to a vendor when prior email contact has gone unanswered for more than 48 hours.
  • Receive and parse replies from vendors so we can compare quotes and schedule services.
  • Maintain operational records of communications, quotes, and selected providers.

We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the service-sourcing operations described above.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade vendor contact information or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share information only with the limited service providers required to operate the program:

  • Twilio, Inc. — to deliver SMS messages over US carrier networks.
  • Google LLC (Gmail) — to send and receive email correspondence.
  • n8n GmbH — to operate the automation infrastructure that connects email, SMS, and our internal database.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms of service and privacy policies and are bound by industry-standard data-protection obligations.

We will not share consumer mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy are subject to this restriction.

5. Data retention

Message logs and vendor records are retained for as long as needed to operate the program and to comply with applicable legal and tax obligations, typically no longer than three (3) years from the last interaction. We delete records on request where doing so is consistent with our legal obligations.

6. Your rights and choices

If you are a vendor receiving SMS from this program:

  • Stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS we send. You will be added to our account-level deny list immediately.
  • Resume messages by replying START.
  • Request help by replying HELP.
  • Request deletion of your vendor record from our database by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “HomeBot delete request” and the phone number or email address you’d like removed.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls to protect information. Twilio, Google, and n8n each apply their own security measures to data they process on our behalf.

8. Children’s privacy

The HomeBot SMS program contacts businesses only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
